Some of the features offered by the client application Omnidrive include: drag and drop to upload, share files in 2 clicks and automatically synchronizes with an online account.

Additionally, when accessing the Omnidrive online you can also:

There is a client application, since the service is 100% web-based. Nevertheless, the Box.net offers a file manager with web-based drag and drop. Files can be moved and dragged to / from your PC to / from your account at Box.net.

- Mobile access fully functional (m.box.net). Only for Premium accounts.
- Upload files to your account by sending an email to upload@box.net.
- Box Widget: Embed files and folders (documents, photo albums and so on.) In any web page.

Steekr – The Steekr offers two different client applications: one for scheduling automatic backups and one for direct access to your account from your desktop. Both are available for Windows and Mac

The Steekr also supports collaboration on files, remote streaming of media files, share files and even allows you to leave your friends to upload files to specific folders. One downside is that the service allows viewing and editing of Office files. Similar to the Box.net and Omnidrive, the free accounts are limited to 1GB of storage.
